Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will issue a refund for the purchase price within 30 days on all FULL PRICE MERCHANDISE.
ANY MERCHANDISE DISCOUNTED FOR THAN 20% IS FINAL SALE
All garments must have original tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with no alterations to qualify for return or exchange.
Shipping and handling charges on your order are non-refundable. All refunds will be for the price of the returned item(s) and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping. The cost of shipping your item back will be deducted from your return price. We charge a $5 flat fee.
Returns are only accepted when shipped with the label we provide in order for us to be able to track your return.
Savraé is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered". Please contact your local post office to settle a claim or track package.
If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, no refund will be made.
